Soft ice salad bowl. This enamel dish is from a new range by hay. The enamelled steel has a green marbled pattern which differs across every piece that is made. The form of this bowl lends itself to being used for a huge variety of foodstuffs. I am envisioning that I might use it for a salad of radicchio, gorgonzola and walnuts to contrast with the pale green marbling or for a simple fresh green salad to complement the pattern. The dish is made in Turkey. We also have a shallow oval bowl with the same finish.
